Beauty and personal care

Every market. Every buyer. Before the meeting.

An aerosol flagged at booking or a missing sanitary registration can stall a whole multi-country launch. We check both before anything ships, then deliver each line to each customer and report until it closes.

What stops a sample here

Four of the five failures hit beauty samples first.

We plan against all five before pickup. These are the ones we flag first in this sector.

01 · flagged first here

Refused

Sprays and deodorants are dangerous goods, and some parcel networks refuse them.

We flag them at intake and route them separately when needed, so the rest of the kit keeps moving.
02 · flagged first here

Held

Each market treats unregistered samples differently, and the destination may ask for the safety data sheet.

We check registration per market and, when the destination asks for the safety data sheet, we send it with the shipment.
03

Spoiled

How we plan for it

A cap that opens in transit ruins the whole kit.

We confirm how each item must be sealed and pack the kit to match.
04 · flagged first here

Late

Listing events and buyer meetings do not move.

We plan back from your need-by date and tell you early if a lane is at risk.
05 · flagged first here

Orphaned

One launch, many markets, many receivers.

We deliver each line to each customer and report until it closes.
How we handle it, in detail

The aerosol in the kit.

Sprays and deodorants are dangerous goods, and some parcel networks refuse them. We flag them at intake, review them before booking and move them on a separate route when needed, so the rest of the kit keeps moving.

The market that wants a registration.

Each country treats unregistered samples differently. We check registration and import requirements per market and split registered and unregistered items when the destination rules require it.

What we move: cosmetic sales and listing samples, mockups, hair care, deodorant and grooming, raw materials for R&D.

What to send

Five lines. The aerosol list and the date matter most.

The five lines
  1. Origin and the markets it goes to
  2. What it is: SKUs, and which items are aerosols
  3. How much per market and receiver
  4. Date it must land (we plan back from it)
  5. Safety data sheet for every aerosol

What the industry reports

About 80% of dangerous goods incidents reported to the air cargo industry body in the first half of 2025 involved undeclared or hidden dangerous goods. Aerosols were among the products most often identified.

A situation we solve

One launch, many markets, one aerosol.

Read the case and what has to be right

A global personal care brand needed listing samples to reach retail buyers in many Latin American markets from one plant. One SKU was an aerosol, and several markets had their own registration rules. We flagged the aerosol at intake and handled it as dangerous goods, checked each market’s requirements, split the order into one delivery line per customer and reported status by lane until each delivery was confirmed.
