Legal framework
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute about it is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida, except where mandatory law where you live provides otherwise. We also follow applicable United States federal and state rules, including state security breach notification laws. Where other privacy laws apply to you, such as the GDPR in the European Union, we respect the rights they give you.
Your rights
You can ask to access your data and confirm how it is processed, to correct inaccurate data, to delete your data under specific conditions, to receive it in a transferable format and to object to or limit its processing. You also have the right not to be subject to a decision based only on automated processing, including profiling, when it has legal or similarly significant effects on you, in line with Article 22 of the GDPR.
Consent
When your consent is needed, we ask for it when we collect the information, for the specific purposes we state. Where the law that applies to you sets rules on the form of consent, those rules apply.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data for as long as the purpose it was collected for remains, or for the period set by a legal, contractual or case law provision.
International transfers
We may transfer the information you give us to affiliated or parent companies of TBTB Global based abroad, to fulfil the purposes of this policy, keeping track of how and where it is sent. For transfers from the European Economic Area to countries without an adequacy decision of the European Commission, we use appropriate safeguards under the GDPR: Standard Contractual Clauses, Binding Corporate Rules or equivalent legal instruments for transfers within the group, or the adequacy decision where one exists and remains in force.
How to make a request
Email hello@wesamplify.com to know, access, correct, update, object to or delete your personal data. We answer requests within a reasonable time, as required by applicable law. If we need more time, we tell you why.
- Requests and complaints: include your name, a description of your request and how to reach you, so we can verify and answer it.
- Updates and corrections: identify yourself and tell us what to update or correct, with supporting documents.
- Deletion: you can ask us to delete your data when it is not processed in line with the rules, is no longer needed for its purpose, or the period needed for that purpose has passed. This right is not absolute: we may decline when you have a legal or contractual duty to remain in our records, or when deletion would hinder legal, tax or administrative proceedings.
