Guide
What do I need to ship seed samples to another country?
Usually a phytosanitary certificate or an import permit at destination. Each packet must be sealed and labeled, and the invoice must name the plant and its origin.

Which document applies
The sender arranges the certificate or permit. We check that it exists before pickup.
At origin
Some origins require a seed export request ahead. The sender or their agent files it. We flag this at quote so it is filed before pickup.
Packing
We pack without untreated wood, which is refused at entry, and keep soil apart, shipped only under the receiver’s permit.
