How do I ship a frozen or temperature sensitive sample?
Confirm the condition the test needs before you book. Then pack and route for that condition from pickup to the lab.

Three conditions
Ambient, Controlled temperature or Frozen, on all routes we plan.
When the sheet disagrees
The technical sheet can state a different condition from the one the team asks for. We check the two against each other before pickup and settle the condition with you.
Mixed conditions
Frozen and Ambient items in one box put both at risk. We split the shipment by condition.
Hand carry
For sensitive samples, an on-board courier can travel with the shipment on request. This option is not for frozen samples.
